A "project" means a single application, website or software development solution that has a unique codebase. If needed, it can be hosted on several domains/servers but the codebase should be the same. A project can be:
  • Application for internal use
  • Commercial solution for distribution to your end users
  • Hosted SaaS application (not allowed under Developer License)
The Application and Team licenses restrict the number of developers who can simultaneously utilize the SVAR component within your team to 5. For the Enterprise License, this limit is expanded to 20. If a developer leaves your team or stops using the SVAR component, they must remove the component's code from their computer(s) and can transfer the usage rights to another team member.
Yes, the following licenses allow you to use the purchased SVAR component in a SaaS product: Application, Team, or Enterprise. The licenses do not imply any limitations on the number of end users for your SaaS application. Note that the Developer License does not permit usage of the SVAR component in a SaaS application.
With each SVAR license, you're allowed to redistribute the purchased SVAR component as part of your product, provided it doesn't directly compete with SVAR products. Your end users are not permitted to utilize the SVAR Gantt's functionality as a standalone product for their own development needs without purchasing a proper SVAR license.
Yes, SVAR Gantt license agreements allow you to modify the code of SVAR Gantt component. However, there are some important restrictions:
  • You cannot distribute the modified code as a standalone product that is competitive to SVAR Gantt.
  • We do not provide support for modified versions.
  • XB Software retains rights to modifications—any modifications you develop may be used by XB Software at its discretion. This doesn't mean you are required to submit your modifications to us, but we reserve the right to introduce the same or similar changes to SVAR Gantt's code.
All SVAR licenses can be purchased via PayPro Global, a global e-commerce platform trusted by software companies worldwide. PayPro supports different payment methods, including credit/debit card, PayPal, check, and wire transfer. If you need a Purchase Order, just choose this option while filling in the purchase form on PayPro website and follow the instructions. After the purchase process is complete, the invoice is sent automatically to your email.
The cost of extending updates and support subscription for early bird license pricing is:
  • Developer License - $367 if renewed within 2 months after expiration, $419 if renewed later.
  • Application License - $930 if renewed within 2 months after expiration, $1,063 if renewed later.
  • Team License - $1,665 if renewed within 2 months after expiration, $1,903 if renewed later.
  • Enterprise License - $3,331 if renewed within 2 months after expiration, $3,807 if renewed later.
These renewal prices are based on early bird license pricing. Note: Your license itself is perpetual — you can use the version you received during your first year forever. Renewal only extends your access to new updates and support.
